Please read the following shipping & returns policy carefully. Your use of the Tackle HQ website confirms you agree to these policies, terms and conditions.

Shipping
Tackle HQ is committed to shipping your order as fast as possible. Tackle HQ ship orders within 24-48 hours after receiving notification (depending on weekends and public holidays).

We can address to ANY address in the world. When you place an order, you receive an estimate for the shipping costs upon-checkout. Orders placed outside of Australia, may incur an additional charge however International customers will be contacted to confirm if they accept the additional freight charge before requesting.

We use various shipping providers to ensure that customers get the cheapest possible postage charge. These providers include Australia Post, Startrack, DHL, FedEx and TNT. If you have a preferred provider, please let us know when you place your order, so we can ensure your parcel is delivered through them.

Please note that Tackle HQ is not responsible for delays with postal & freight services and whilst we do everything possible to ensure that your items are packaged with extreme care, we are not responsible for any missing parcels or damage caused by the postal and freight services whilst in transit. However, please contact us and we will do our best to assist where we can.

FREE Express delivery automatically applied on orders within Australia with a total purchase price of $150 and over.

The average delivery times for Express delivery are:
Next day delivery for WA
1-2 business days for Australia wide.
2-4 business days for Rural areas.

This Free Express delivery offer is subject to change at any time. However, all orders processed during a free delivery offer period will be processed in accordance with the offer.

Shipping for larger orders (boxed orders) or oversized orders will be sent with the appropriate postal provider by regular post.

Returns & Refunds
Here at Tackle HQ, customers are our top priority.

If you aren’t 100% satisfied, please contact us on (08) 9309 4200 or tyrone@tacklehq.com.au within 14 days to arrange returning the item and receiving either a full store credit or merchandise exchange.

In order to receive the above, all that we ask is that you return the item to us with proof of purchase and a brief note explaining the reason for return. Please ensure to include your contact details, so we can process this as quick as possible for you.

All returned items MUST be in the brand-new condition. If items have been worn or used, this will void the returnability of that particular item.

Please also note that additional postage charges will apply.
Delivery fees will not be refunded if you return goods for change of mind or incorrect selection.

You should carefully check that your order is accurate before you submit it. Tackle HQ will not be responsible for any incorrect information provided, including an incorrect delivery address.

If your product appears to have a major problem, you have the right to a refund or replacement. Anything returned due to a ‘major problem’ will be sent off to the manufacturer for assessment of the product.

Tackle HQ will process any refunds within a reasonable time of agreeing to do so.
